I mainly handle receiving, measuring, and packaging cargo.
I feel a strong sense of accomplishment when the measuring and packaging of heavy or oversized cargo is completed successfully.
I always work carefully, paying close attention to preventing cargo damage, ensuring the strength of wooden crates, and maintaining overall safety throughout the factory.
I mainly handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate with business partners, manage project progress, and issue invoices.
I find my work most rewarding when I can think through a customer’s inquiry or request on my own and successfully resolve it.
I make a point of confirming details carefully to avoid any misunderstandings. I always check information for accuracy, and if there is anything I am unsure about, I ask those around me rather than leaving it unresolved.
I handle a wide range of administrative duties, including issuing invoices, entering transaction records, managing employee attendance, and responding to phone calls and visitors. I also arrange for the issuance of heat treatment certificates for wooden packaging materials, which are essential for export shipments.
I feel a great sense of fulfillment when I complete my work accurately and when colleagues say things like, “That really helped” or “Thank you.”
As a member of the accounting and general affairs team, I place great importance on both accuracy and speed, as my work supports uphold the company’s trust and reputation. I also strive to communicate with care and professionalism, always mindful that I represent the face of the company.
